It is officially spring, and I wanted to share a trusted green smoothie recipe that I always can I rely on. I call it Spring Green. First of all, it is delicious, however, the abundance of spinach submerged into my glass provides an exciting amount of nutrients.

This smoothie and smoothie bowl recipe was used daily when my juice bar was opened, back in 2015. In fact, it was the green smoothies that was the largest amounts in sales… by far! I think that speaks to the taste and chlorophyll benefits that is found in every sip.

Spring Green Smoothie

2 Handfuls of Spinach

1 Banana

2 Strawberries

!/2 Squeezed Lemon

2 tbsp Agave Nectar

Scoop of Ice

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Optional ingredients to add:

1/z c pineapple

1 tbsp coconut
