YC serves as an advocate for wellness and women, using her skills in public affairs to push policies that are favorable in women’s rights and eradicating food insecurities. She also champions for pioneering African American women (notably, Dr. Charlotte Hawkins Brown), repositioning archival history throughout modernity.
